WITHDRAWALS POLICY 2012

If you have to withdraw from one of our events, this is our policy. We start to incur
costs as soon as you enter and spend a considerable amount of time planning the event
and pre ordering T shirts etc. We currently stage ten events a year and wherever possible we will be sympathetic to your cause and should be able to offer you a proportion of your entry fee back or an REP voucher. Race entries are NOT transferable. Please follow the instructions below if you withdraw:

1. Notify Raw Energy Pursuits in writing by post
2. Enclose a stamped address envelope so we can send you your voucher or part
refund.
3. The date of withdrawal is as postmarked on the envelope.
75% credit if notified more than 60 days before the event.
50% credit if notified between 30 & 60 days before the event.
20% credit if notified 14-30 days before the event.

Telephone messages are not acceptable.
Emails will be accepted on the date of receipt, but need to be followed up with a SAE.
