A few athletes achievements from 2010
Mark Davies, age 22 “Niki coached me to my first ironman at Lanzorate this year – I was thrilled, 12hrs 12, even with 45mins stop due to a split tyre. I also smashed my half IM pb clocking 4hrs 32!
John Birkens, 49 “I am an Ironman !! I really wanted to break 15hrs, I did 14hr 39. I’m thrilled to bits”
Mark Anderson, 40 “I improved my Olympic distance time at Worthing from 2hr 48 (2009) to 2hr37 and successfully completed my 1st half IM too. A fab season.
Michelle Feest, 43 “After a dreadful marathon attempt in April Niki coached me to a 4hr off road marathon, spot on target and extremely pleasing!
Steve Feest, 53 “My 2010 goals were: go sub 2hr30 at Worthing, complete my 1st half IM, stay injury free. All 100% successfully completed! A great season.
