Formed in 2003 by Mick Dicker & Nigel Burnett, REP now organises ten events a year. Mick had organised a number of events for A2 Tri Club including the popular SE Relay Triathlon before developing a series of events at Steyning, West Sussex. Nigel was one of the founders of the East Grinstead Triathlon and part of John Lunt’s Human Race crew who were responsible for organising the triathlon at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. Steve Custance from A2 Tri joined REP in 2007 and continues to oversee a number of races for the club.

Raw Energy’s race schedule has grown year on year and benefits from its race locations on the South Coast and the newly formed South Downs National Park. All abilities are catered for from the UK’s top competitors to complete novices – from European Qualifiers, National Ranking Events, Personal Challenges to events just for fun; we have an event for everyone!

We have been competing in triathlon now for over twenty years and have raced all around the UK in addition to numerous World Championships and have clocked up over 20 Ironman finishes between us – we know what a represents a good event and the majority of our major events will benefit from complimentary technical race shirts and chip timing. We are always happy to hear athlete’s comments and views.
